Reservations

The average rate is $65 per night and there is a 3 night minimum, the weekly rate is $390 and all rates include a 14% city of Oakland Hotel tax.  The weekly rate reflects a discount of one day.   Rates may change according to season.  Monthly rates are available.

Reservations require a 10% non-refundable deposit to hold the reservation. Deposit is payable through Paypal or by credit card.

Early check out is subject to the 50% surcharge. Cancellations are subject to loss of deposit or $25 inconvenience fee.

Prices and minimum stays are subject to change without notice.

We cannot guarantee a specific room choice though best efforts will be made to accommodate your preferences.

There is a 3 day minimum. We do not accept one-night reservations.

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per guest room, unless an exception has been agreed upon in advance.  If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, at the Proprietor's discretion additional fees may apply or all guests involved may have their reservations revoked without deposit refund according to our published cancellation policy below.


Children and Pets

Children are welcome with advance permission.  Guests arriving with unannounced children regardless of age or size may have their reservations revoked without deposit refund according to our published cancellation policy below.

Cribs or playpens are required for children under 2 years of age

Children ages 12 and above are considered a second guest.  Guest fees will apply.

We have a no pet policy.


Breakfast and Common Areas, Event space

Coffee and Tea  is offered daily from 8am to 10am Sunday through Monday

Our main Kitchen / Dining Room are open to guests outside of breakfast hours.

Our Garden is generally open to guests between 8am and 10pm. 

The Garden may be reserved for private use between 11am and 9pm at a rate of $50 per hour (all clean-up must be completed prior to 10pm).

Check-in and Check-out

B-Loves Guest House does not have a  24-hour desk.

Check-in is between 2 pm and 9pm daily.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice and a $30 convenience fee are required for late check-ins.

We reserve the right to deny check-ins after 9pm.

Luggage may be dropped off between 8am and 6pm with advanced notice.

Advance notice is required for customers bringing more than two large suitcases each, or customers wishing to receive special deliveries.

Check-out is by noon daily.

Luggage may be checked with us until 9pm on day of check-out, holding fees may apply.

B-Loves guest house is not responsible for personal property lost or left behind.
